X Residence is a tourist accommodation facility located in Dobra Voda in Bar, just a few steps from Veliki Pijesak beach. This project combines modern infrastructure, design and top facilities, raising the bar of quality of tourist housing in Montenegro.
The building consists of a total of 7 floors: 2 levels of underground garages, ground floor and four floors. It consists of lamella A and lamella B. It has a total of 58 residential units, with an area of 26-125m2.
